Preoperative Positioning
Ensuring proper patient positioning and preparation to provide optimal surgical access and patient comfort/ protection before procedures begin. I also coordinate with staff and surgeons to ensure anything needed for a successful outcome is available, and any special requests needed for procedures are attainable to avoid any delays in patient care.
Intraoperative Surgical Support
Comprehensive assistance during surgical procedures, including exposure, hemostasis, suture/ligature, smooth intraoperative facilitation, and optimistic teamwork with surgeons and staff. I ensure efficient workflow and optimal surgical conditions throughout the operation.
Postoperative Wound Care
The most important part of a successful and healthy wound care journey is a properly closed wound. I provide professional wound care from the start of the procedure to the moment the dressing is on the patient. I ensure the patient has a proper dressing and has any postoperative support devices on properly to promote proper healing and patient recovery.
